영국 배우자 비자 연장 - Apply to remain in the UK with family - 기본 정보

* 이 글은 현재 제가 비자 연장을 준비하면서 정리하는 글이라서 다른 분들의 상황과 맞지 않는 부분이 있을 수도 있습니다.

* 5 years rute - 2012년 7월 9일 이후에 비자를 받으신 분에 해당하는 글입니다.

 

* 정확한 정보는 gov.uk에서 본인과 관련된 부분을 찾아서 읽어보는 것을 권해드립니다.

1. 배우자 비자 연장은 한달 전부터 신청할 수 있습니다.

2. 연장 신청은 반드시 영국내에서 해야합니다. (You must apply from inside the UK.)

3. 배우자 비자 fee는 601파운드(우편)/ 1001파운드(방문) 입니다.(2015년 3월 11일 현재)

4. 기본적으로

   영어 성적(A1이상 - A1이 유럽 영어레벨에서 제일 낮은 거예요.)

   재정 증명(아내 혹은 남편 1인 - 연봉18,600이상, 자녀 1인 - 연봉 22,400 이상, 2번째 자녀부터는 2400씩 추가)

  을 해야 합니다.

5. 현 여권, 구여권들, 본인 여권 사진 2매, 남편 여권 사진 1매, 결혼증명서, 남편/아내의 영국 시민/영주권자라는 증거, 그리고 eligibility requirements 를 증명할 서류들을 준비해야 합니다.

 

중요!!!!

남편이랑 같은 주소에 살고 있다고 증명할 6개의 레터들이 필요!!!!

• Letters or other documents from government departments or agencies, for example HM Revenue and Customs, Department for Work and Pensions, DVLA, TV Licensing.
• Letters or other documents from your GP, a hospital or other local health service about medical treatments, appointments, home visits or other medical matters
• Bank statements/letters
• Building society savings books/letters
• Council tax bills or statements
• Electricity and/or gas bills or statements
• Water rates bills or statements
• Mortgage statements/agreement
• Tenancy agreement(s)
